Jonas Gaffud to debut as author in June

Beauty pageant guru Jonas Gaffud has said that he is excited to launch his first book anytime in June.

"Reading the manuscript. So excited for this. Never imagined that I'd have a book. Thank you ABSCBN publishing. Launching this month of June 2017 :-) This is for you, a beauty queen in the making," said Gaffud on Instagram.

The book is entitled "The Crown: The Journey to be a Beauty Queen."

Gaffud, who just celebrated his birthday last May 26, also announced that the three Miss Universe title holders from the Philippines - Gloria Diaz (1969), Margie Moran (1973) and Pia Wurtzbach (2015) - are joining forces again, this time for one special endorsement.


"Work today. Miss Universe winners Gloria, Pia and Margie. Sila ang Miss Universe ng buhay natin," said Gaffud, head of Aces and Queens beauty camp, on IG.

Gaffud said that it was a dream come true for him to become Moran's talent agent.

"I was just a fan. Now I'm her agent for a big project. Miss Universe 1973, Margie Moran," he said.

Gaffud also celebrated his birthday with his talents as posted on social media. Aside from among those who cheered him were Miss World 2013 Megan Lynee Young, reigning Miss International Kylie Verzosa, Bb Pilipinas Supranational Chanel Olive Thomas, Bb Pilipinas International Mariel de Leon and Bb Pilipinas Grand International Katarina Rodriguez.


"I was so happy last night these three gorgeous ladies attended my birthday party," said Gaffud in his photo caption.
