Anne Curtis wears precious heirloom on her wedding

Two days after Anne Curtis-Smith got married to Erwan Heussaff in New Zealand last Nov. 12, the Kapamilya star showed a precious heirloom which she wore on her special day.

"Something old 💍  For my 30th birthday, my Father gave me his antique moonstone ring which he
owned in his youth. I had it restored so I could wear it on my special day. ❤️ #thewanforanne," said Anne on Instagram.

Anne also shared an image taken on the mountain after their wedding. The caption read: "Grateful. Only God could have given us the most magical weekend of our lives... Eternally thankful to Him for giving me the most amazing human being to stand next to... taking in all of the beauty life and love has to offer. ❤️"


Anne and Erwan got married in front of their family and friends. Details about their nuptial have been quite hush-hush for several months until the wedding photos of the new couple went viral on Sunday morning.

Anne exchanged "I do's" to Erwan as she wore a custom Monique Lhuilier white wedding gown and in black boots. Erwan was dashing in a gray suit that was made in Paris.

"There's no me without you and no you without me," Anne told Erwan during her wedding vow. Erwan, 30, responded: "We will be together in this novel that will never end."


Ace comedian Vice Ganda, Angel Locsin, Luis Manzano and girlfriend Jessy Mendiola, Vhong Navarro, Kim Atienza were some of the celebrities who flew in to the wedding.

Also joining the ceremony were actress Solenn Heussaff and husband Nico Bolzico; Matteo Guidicelli, Tim Yap, Rovilson Fernandez, fashion designer Rajo Laurel, Jasmine Curtis and boyfriend Jeff Ortega, Cheska Garcia-Kramer, etc.

A day before the wedding, Anne and Erwan hosted a welcome dinner for their family and friends who arrived in the picturesque country. She wore a Vera Wang dress during the pre-nuptial party.


In December 2016, Anne and Erwan were officially engaged after he proposed to her during their trip to the US.

Anne and Erwan have been in a relationship since 2010. In May 2016, Anne said that she is not in a rush to make wedding plans even if her girl friends were already married.

"Hindi ako nagmamadali, Walang pressure for me and I'm very focused with my career. There's still a lot of things na gusto kong gawin bago ako mag-settle down," said Anne, as reported then by "TV Patrol" news program.


With the marriage of Anne, stylist Liz Uy is now the only member of the "It Girls" who is single.

Last year, their friends Georgina Wilson tied the knot with Arthur Burnand in London on April 30. After that, Solenn Heussaff married Nico Bolzico in France on May 21. In September, Isabelle Daza tied the knot with Adrien Semblat abroad.

Anne, 32, is currently a mainstay of the popular daily noontime program "It's Showtime." - ROBERT REQUINTINA
