Hotel 99 to rise in Muntinlupa City



SUNLAND Development Corporation recently held the groundbreaking ceremony of its fourth addition under the brand Hotel 99 scheduled to open in Muntinlupa City in the second quarter of 2019.

Following the success of its three hospitality hubs in the Metro, Sunland Development Corporation aims to push the boundaries by providing patrons with future proof technologies and amenities comparable to a luxurious hotel, setting its edge by providing laidback urban indulgence on a budget.


GROUNDBREAKING - The ceremony was attended by (from left) designer Cris Ocampo, architect Simon Tan, Dr. Lam How Din, President and CEO Mr. Richard Lim, Kimberly Lim, Director Kevin Richard Lim, Arturo Brondial and engr. Ruel De Luna.

It rising hotel has 144 sensibly designed rooms, a rooftop bar overlooking the city skyline and ample basement parking to accord its patrons hospitality like no other.

Along with this development is another upscale hotel under the 3 stars brand 8 Red Hotel which will soon rise in Cubao, Pasay, Coron, Davao, Cebu, Marikina, North Edsa, Muñoz and  Makati City. President/CEO Richard Lim said: “We believe every hardworking Juan deserves the lap of luxury even on a tight budget. The Filipino lifestyle is becoming more dynamic and the hospitality industry needs to keep up with the changing behavior of its market.”


Lim added that the goal is to create 15 budget 99 hotels with its own commercial complex within the next five years as an answer to the growing demand for affordable yet au courant accommodations.

Two branches in Cubao and Pasay are under the brand Red Hotel, a sister company of Hotel 99 Inc will launch this year.
