These were the words of actor-television host Billy Crawford after he got married to Coleen Garcia in a romantic beach wedding held at the exclusive Balesin Island Club Resort in Panlilio, Quezon on April 20.


Wearing a bridal gown made by Israeli designer Galia Lahav, Coleen, 25, walked down the aisle with her parents Jose Garcia and Maripaz Magsaysay, Incidentally. Coleen's parents have been separated since she was nine years old.

Billy, 35, in his suit by Edwin Tan, waited by the altar with his parents Jack Crawford and Mayette Ledesma.

Celebrities spotted at the wedding were Vhong Navarro, Jay-R, Kris Lawrence, and Ria Atayde who were part of the entourage.


Also in attendance were Vicki Belo, Tim Yap, Vice Ganda, Amy Perez, Kim Atienza, Angeli Pangilinan-Valenciano, and Sharon Cuneta.

Billy and Coleen got engaged in December 2016. They first came out as a couple in 2014.

It would be recalled that Billy became close to Coleen when she became one of the mainstays of the popular Kapamilya noontime program "It's Showtime."

Before Billy got engaged to Coleen, he was in a relationship with Nikki Gil who is now married to BJ Albert.


On December 21, 2016, during the airing of "Showtime," Billy talked about the ring he gave to Coleen.

“Ngayon alam ko na ang pakiramdam ni Erwan (Heussaff). Alam ko na ang pakiramdam mo. It’s such a blessing talaga. Eighteen months ako nag-antay na ibigay sa kanya ang singsing dahil 18 months ago ko binili yung singsing na yon,” Billy said. The singer-television host was then referring to the proposal of Erwan to Anne Curtis-Smith who eventually got married in December 2017.

Billy is currently seen as host of the reality program "Pilipinas Got Talent" season 6 on ABS-CBN. On the other hand, Coleen last appeared in the television series "Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin" and the movie "Sin Island." - ROBERT REQUINTINA
