Mr. World PHL 2018 contest postponed due to typhoon

Organizers of the Mr. World Philippines 2018 contest has issued a statement on the postponement of the male pageant due to the typhoon "Ompong."

The full statement:

"Due to the super typhoon expected to hit the country within the next few days, the organizers and production team behind the Mr. World Philippines 2018 pageant have unanimously agreed to reschedule the pageant originally scheduled for Saturday, September 15, at Resorts World Manila’s Newport Performing Arts Theater;

"The new pageant date and venue will be announced very soon."
