Get your dream cars at HMR auto auction on Dec. 8

Take home your dream cars and vehicles as you join the biggest auto auction in the country dubbed HMR Auto Auction's 2nd anniversary at HMR Sucat located at Km. 21 East Service Road, South Superhighway, Sucat, Muntinlupa on Saturday, Dec. 8, starting at 9 a.m. onwards.

Over 200 cars or vehicles such as SUVs, luxury cars, and vintage cars which you can bid on. There will be six cadillacs up for auction," says Samuel Powell, chief executive officer, during a press conference held in Muntinlupa City recently.


Powell says the HMR hopes to duplicate if not surpass the auto auction this year.

"Last year, our auto auction was successful. We sold around 120 cars. We hope to sell more vehicles this year. It going to be a live auction and you will see the units running. We also have lots of raffle prizes, giveaways, and other surprises," Powell says.


Jaye Carreon, branch manager, says that financing scheme will be available during the event. "There  will also be financing available and insurance partners will be around to help you. We will continue that with additional bank partners."

The event is open to car dealers and the general public. Many of the vehicles in the auction are dealership demonstrator units and corporate fleet vehicles, most are: premier brands, late models, low mileage, and many are still under the original manufacturer’s warranty.



Interested buyers are encouraged to visit HMR Auto Auctions during their viewing period from Nov. 30 to Dec. 7. All vehicles can be inspected and started, so that bidders can feel comfortable when participating in the live public auction. HMR’s friendly staff members will be happy to explain the live auction bidding process for any first-timers.

The auction industry in the Philippines is still emerging, however, globally the sale of motor vehicles through auction is very widely practiced. In the USA, the majority of car dealerships purchase their dealership stock from auctions. The auction also provides the general public with an excellent opportunity to purchase a family car for a price lower than the dealership.



Powell adds: “HMR Auto Auctions aims to meet the growing demand within the Philippine market for an efficient, transparent and affordable method for car dealerships and the general public to purchase quality pre-owned motor vehicles.”

Some 300 bidders are expected to join in the auto auction, says Trixie Cabilan, marketing manager.
