Miss Philippines Liz Mabao left for Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia Nov. 1 to represent the country in the Miss Scuba International 2019 pageant on Nov. 16. Mabao, 19, of Rizal, will compete against other ocean ambassadors from around the world in the contest that advocates marine conservation and promote safe driving practices. Noelle Fuentes-Uy Tuazon, 26, of Tangalan, Aklan, finished third in the pageant that advocates marine conservation and promote safe diving practices. Tuazon is said to be one of the very few forensic anthropologists in the Asia-Pacific Region.
