Several candidates to the Mrs. Tourism 2017 beauty pageant gave their unsolicited advice to women who are victims of domestic violence. During press presentation for the candidates of Mrs. Tourism 2017 pageant held at the West Avenue Suites in Quezon City last Saturday, Mrs. Philippines Dr. Riza Caldoza de Leon said that battered wives should be empowered by keeping themselves busy. Ariana Grande stops world tour after bombing - report

American pop singer Ariana Grande has put her world tour on hold after the deadly bombing in Manchester, England last Monday night, according to a report by TMZ. So far, the scheduled shows in England, Belgium, Poland, Germany and Switzerland have been cancelled in the wake of the terror attack. But there are still no words if Grande would still take her "Dangerous Woman" Tour in Asia, including the Philippines, in August and September. So far, 22 people have been killed while almost 60 others were injured in one of the deadliest bombings in London in recent years, according to CNN. US pop singer Ariana Grande took to social media to apologize for the deadly bombing incident in Manchester, England where 19 concertgoers were killed while 50 others were hurt last Monday night. "Broken. From the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words," said Grande in a tweet following the explosions. "Ariana is OK. We are further investigating what happened," Joseph Carozza, Grande's publicist with Republic Records, told the LA Times. Universal Music Group said in a statement on Facebook: "We are deeply saddened to learn of tonight's devastating event in Manchester. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by this tragedy."
