Real-life couple crooner Richard Poon and actress Maricar Reyes have admitted that one of the issues they fight about as a couple is money. The couple revealed this during the promotion of their book entitled "10 Things We Fight About" on "Tonight With Boy Abunda" on ABS CBN recently. Reyes narrated to Abunda how she and her husband tackle issue about money. "A friend was borrowing money constantly. To the point na sa akin na sya tumatakbo. Sandrianne Esquilona of Tarlac was adjudged Best in Evening Gown in the Mutya ng Pilipinas 2017 preliminary competition held at the Alta D' Tagaytay in Tagaytay last  July 28. Esquilona wore a creation by Rian Fernandez during the preliminaries with the theme flowy gowns in shades of blue. First runner-up was Janie Alipo-on of Navotas and Ilene Astrid deVera of Cebu finished 2nd runner-up. A 26-year-old model from Egypt was crowned Man of the World during the first pageant held at Esplanade One in Pasay City last Friday, July 28. Crowd favorite Mustafa Galal Elizali, 26, edged out 27 other male candidates from around the world in the contest which advocates masculinity with responsibility. First runner-up was Nguyen Huu Long of Vietnam while Abou Sahyoun Wasslim of Palestine won 2nd runner-up. Other candidates who finished in the top 5 are delegates from Moldova and Guam. During the question and answer portion, the top three candidates were asked a common question "Why should you win Man of the World 2017?" Mustafa repliied: "If given the chance to be Man of the World, he has to be man of his word. Three keys for Man of the World - being humble, simple and believe in himself. Urian best supporting actor Christian Bables has admitted receiving an indecent proposal from an unidentified gay man. "Naglalakad ako sa may 7-11 at may tumigil na kotse. The winners of the 1st Philippine National Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Film Festival were announced during ceremonies held at the Camp Crame headquarters in Quezon City recently. Dominique Cojuangco, the only child of common-law partners business magnate Tonyboy Cojuangco and actress Gretchen Barretto, graduated in fashion design at Instituto Marangoni in East London last July 21. Tonyboy and Gretchen flew to London to attend the graduating ceremony of their daughter as they posted videos and images of the event on Instagram. The couple cheered as their 22-year-old daughter marched with fellow graduates at the prestigious fashion school. Followers of the long-time partners congratulated their daughter on social media.
