Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho Jr got married during a civil ceremony in Makati City on Friday, June 23. The civil wedding was officiated by Makati Mayor Abby Binay at the residence of Belo. "I was afraid that I would feel like I would lose my freedom by getting married . Instead I feel joyful and free.
