Gateway to host 'Hello, Love, Goodbye' mall tour

Gateway Mall, whose wide activity area that can be viewed from the higher floors, has played host to so many successful movie mall tours.  With floor area that can accommodate hundreds of attendees and easy access from the LRT and MRT, this has become a favorite among movie and music promoters for their fan-meets and other activities in support of their upcoming projects. On Sunday, July 14, “Hello, Love, Goodbye”  lead stars Kathryn Bernardo  and Alden Richards  will take the Gateway Activity Area stage at 4 pm to promote the movie. Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, this movie is a love story between two Filipino workers in Hong Kong played by the two A-list celebrities. Araneta Center lights up giant Christmas tree

Thousands of people turned out and cheered as cellphone cameras clicked when the Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City lit up last Friday night as it switched the lights on its iconic giant Christmas tree, a tradition that started in 1981. Thousands of people crowded the venue at the Times Square Food park on the premier lifestyle hub. It is the second year in a row that the 100-foot Christmas tree is housed on the food park on the corner of Times Square and Gen. Roxas Avenue. Judy Araneta Roxas, mother of Senator Mar Roxas; Stella Marquez Araneta, chair of Bb. Pilipinas Charities, Inc., Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, Binibining Pilipinas queens, movie stars, executives, and sponsors led the lighting of the giant holiday tree. Thirty-eight days after they passed the screening for the Bb. Pilipinas 2018 beauty pageant, the 40 official candidates of the prestigious local beauty contest were finally presented to the press during a special show held at the Novotel Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City last February 21. Garbed in their stylish swimsuits of DR SWIM by Domz Ramos, the girls paraded individually as they introduced themselves to a jampacked crowd of past beauty queens, sponsors and media men. "Several weeks after they were chosen, every time that we see them, they got better. I think this is a fantastic group," said Stella Marquez Araneta, chairperson of Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc., in her welcome remarks, as the audience applauded.
