For the first time in 68 years, the Miss Universe beauty pageant would be held at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia on Dec. 8 (Dec. 9 Manila time). This was announced by the Miss Universe Organization (MUO) on its official website on Oct. 31 (Nov. 1 Manila time).
