A fuming Coco Martin has called on fellow Kapamilya stars to speak up against the ABS-CBN shut down. "Hindi labanan to ng diplomasya, binarubal na tayo eh. Kinuha na bahay natin. Ano i-expect natin? Di ba? Pagdadasal natin sila? Pinagdasal na natin sila. Tiniis na natin sila. Dapat kumilos tayo. Dapat magsalita tayo. Ace comedian Vice Ganda has said that she will watch the other movies of her showbiz friends competing in this year's Metro Manila Film Festival. Actor Aljur Abrenica is now a certified Kapamilya. This after he confirmed his transfer to the popular television network in a post on Instagram on August 1. "Speechless and honored.. Thank you for the opportunity and the warm welcome Tita Cory, Sir Deo and Direk Lauren," said Abrenica as he shared a photo with the Kapamilya executives on IG. Abrenica was referring to ABS-CBN head of TV production Laurenti Dyogi, Dreamscape production head Deo Endrinal and ABS-CBN chief operating officer Cory Vidanes. Don't look now but actor Coco Martin could soon  be a force to reckon with in the gaming industry as he ties up with another company which will develop the mobile game for his forthcoming movie "Ang Panday." Martin, star of the popular teleserye "Ang Probinsyano," has put up a company with Synergy 88 Studio, Inc. to promote computer and mobile games in the future. "We put up a company together few months ago. That's why it's called 'CoSyn" (Co for Coco and Syn for Synergy 88). We will be coming up with digital products together for online games, business apps, websites," said Jackeline Chua during an exclusive interview at her office in Timog, Quezon City recently. For their first venture together, CoSyn is currently developing the game for Martin's forthcoming Metro Manila Film Festival entry in December. Multi-awarded veteran actor Jaime Fabregas has defended the violent scenes in the top-rating primetime show "Ang Probinsyano" on ABS CBN, saying that the show has delivered positive messages to televiewers. "Hindi naman siguro. I don't think that the show can take credit for the violence in the country. That's a big thing," said Fabregas when asked if the No. 1 show has influenced people linked to destabilization efforts in the country these days. Fabregas made the reaction after he signed as one of the endorsers for Vine Holistic Medical Aesthetics held at the Phoenix Hotel in Pasay City recently.
