International fashion designer Angela Taloza has been named as the franchise holder and national director of Jewel of the World Italy. Taloza was welcomed by John De La Vega, founder and international director of Jewel of the World beauty pageant. "I am very excited to be part of the Jewel of the World family, a pageant that promotes beauty in cultural diversity," says Taloza after she signed up with De La Vega in Quezon City recently. As franchisee for Jewel of the World Italy, Taloza earned the right to choose a candidate in Italy who will compete in the international pageant next year.
