A psychologist from Hong Kong was crowned Miss Global 2018 during a pageant held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater of Resorts World Manila in Pasay City which started Monday night (February 17) and ended early Tuesday morning (February 18). Carlo Pasion waited for one year and three months before he could compete in an international pageant.
