A 20-year-old student who vows to campaign against bullying and depression has been crowned Miss Philippine Youth International 2019. Rikki Mae Abuel dela Pena, who studies at the University of Asia and the Pacific in Pasig City, said that she wants to bridge the experts and fellow millennials who have been victimized by bullying, depression and body-shaming. "I want to build this community where I can bridge the experts and the victims of bullying, depression and body-shaming," said Dela Pena during a victory press conference held at a hotel in Quezon City recently. Dela Pena said that she is also passionate about building relationships with other people through charity works.
