Japanese and Spanish cuisines do mix at Bless Amare Cafe Aseana



Celebrate the fusion of Japanese and Spanish cuisines with the opening of Bless Amare Cafe Aseana located at Hop Inn Hotel Lot 9 Block 5 near corner of Bradco Avenue and Macapagal Blvd Aseana City, Aseana Business Park in Baclaran, Paranaque City last February 26.

"It's a thoughtful, fusion restaurant merging Japanese cuisine with Spanish food sensibilities. Our Chefs will surprise you with this unique experience," said Jessie Maloles, CEO of Bless Amare Cafe Aseana, in an interview.


Bless Amare Cafe Aseana is managed and operated by Bless Amare Group of Companies with enterprises engaged in restaurants and the hospitality industry. It was established by Jessie Maloles and business partner Nelson Mendoza in 2016.

Start your day with the Cafe's hearty breakfast such as French Toast, Spanish Omelette, Continental Breakfast, Set Bacon, Set Sausage and Set Ham. There's also local faves such as Corned Beef, Pork Longganisa, Pork Tocino, Daing na Bangus, Angus Tapa, and Adobo Flakes.


For starters, enjoy Oyster Rockefeller, Loaded Potato Skin, Gambas Al Ajillo, All Star Nachos, and Buffalo Wings.

Feast on mouth-watering Spanish Cuisines Shortribs Caldereta, Salpicao, Paella Valenciana, Paella Tinta, Paella Marinera, Callos Madrillena, Lengua Sevillana, Prawn Chorizo, and Chorizo Sisig.

Their pasta meals include Chicken Alfredo, Carbonara and Gambas Pasta.  Other fave Pinoy dishes include Salmon Belly Miso, Sizzling Bulalo Steak, and Crispy Kare-Kare.
