A successful businesswoman engaged in agriculture and advocates dress for success will represent the Philippines in the inaugural Mrs. Global Universe 2019 pageant which will be held in Singapore on February 24. "The mission of my advocacy 'Dress for Success' is to empower women to achieve economic independence and encourage them to strive and work harder in life. It's similar to John Robert Powers modelling school," said Irene Montemayor during a press send-off held in Taguig City last Feb. 16.
