Socialites, civic leaders to join 'Fashion Show For A Cause' on Aug. 30

The ICSM Infinity Pageants - Philippine Global Queens hosted a meet-and-greet event for some of Manila’s socialites, philanthropists and civic leaders at the Pavilion  Room of Shangri-la at The Fort in Taguig City.

At the gathering, guests spent time with celebrated fashion designer Val Taguba and fashion director Raymond Villanueva to tackle their participation in the Fashion Show For A Cause that will benefit Miss Possibilities Foundation and the Autism Society of the Philippines.


The heartwarming commitment given by all the attending guests was more than enough to motivate hardworking couple Caloy and Irene Montemayor to further make the project a highly-anticipated one.

The Beautiful Mother awardees to be honored are: Milo Bondoc, Josie Yu, and Nonie Basilio.


The Montemayors announced the names of confirmed mothers who will model the Val Taguba creations during the Fashion Show For A Cause at the Grand Ballroom of Shangrila at the Fort in Taguig City on Aug. 30.

They are: Cecille Asprec, Maru Go, Prescy Yulo, Melanie Omar, Malou Tamayo Martinez, Joy Ejercito, Rosemarie Custodio Basa, Dallaz Eure,
Tricia Rachel Miller, Bess Guido, Star Rodriguez-Piccio, and Sunny Wang.


"More names will be added to the list in a week or two," said the couple.

The Fashion Show For a Cause promises to be a big charity affair that will seek out commitment from important women who exemplify the beauty that comes from serving others in the community, with purpose and productivity, spirit and enthusiasm.

Actor Piolo Pascual has said that his relationship with actress Shaina Magdayao is open as they don't hide anything from each other. "What's good about our relationship is that we are really open. We don't keep anything from each other.
