After print and TV ads, Renz Tuazon eyes nat'l pageants

Renz Tuazon, the man behind the successful Renz Haus of Models Talents and Events Management, is setting his sights on national pageants after conquering the world of modelling and advertisements.

"Gusto kong i-relaunch ang RHM kasi what's in store for us in 2018 is hindi lang puro commercials. I'm also planning to tie-up with pageant organizers," said Tuazon during his birthday bash held at the Penthouse of Winland Tower Residences on Tomas Morato in Quezon City last Oct. 22.

"Gusto kong subukan (ang pageants) kasi I can scout potential talents. I have a lot. Sabi nila subukan kaya nating mag pageants? Kung sa pageants, wala akong problema so nagpapadala ako ng mga models sa pageants, mall search."


Tuazon said that he also values his relationships with his models whom he called "family."

"Aside from the monetary value, when it comes to relationships with the models, para mo ng mga anak sila. Parang sila na ang family ko," he said.

Asked what he could promise to his models,Tuazon said: "Ayokong mangako sa kanila. Pero once na inupuan ko talaga sila, ibibigay ko sa kanila ang nararapat. Hindi ko maipapangako 'yung 100 percent sa kanila for now. Time will come isa-isahin ko sila at dinadahan-dahan ko sila."


* Rising career

"I started as handler of bikini boys. So after a year na ma-experience ko yung excitement sa industry, I gave up my career. I was a manager din also for gadgets and appliance brands.

"After that, naisip ko since I used to do marketing jobs, ako nagpapa-launch, nagpapa-outsource ng suppliers for models, press. So naisip ko, why not put up my own agency? So 2016, connected pa ako sa LG, Abenson. Nag-Sony din ako. Nag-Toshiba pa rin ako at ang pinaka-last ko is Apple gadgets.


"From there on, may events na ako on the side. Mga models na nakukuha ko for special events, mga free lancer karamihan sa kanila. All in all, more than 150 girls and more than 100 boys naman ang models ko.

"Sa akin galing si Raren Renz Lansangan, Misters of Filipinas 2017 Mister International. Last year, I have AR dela Serna and Vincent Jarina.  Karamihan print ad models.

"No. 1 partner ako ng Globe Telecom ngayon for print ad projects. Yung mga makikita nyong website nila globetelecom.ph, halos lahat ng images na makikita n'yo duon, galing sa akin. I have also Suzuki models. Sa akin sila kumukuha ng artists.


Tuazon has also wrapped up projects for Pizza Hut Philippines, Oppo and BNY Jeans.
