Villar leads wreath-laying rites in Calamba

Re-elected Sen. Cynthia A. Villar and Philippine Army Brig. Gen. Arnulfo Marcelo Burgos Jr. led the wreath-laying before the 22-feet bronze statue of Dr. Jose Rizal in Calamba, Laguna. 

 The ceremony was observance of the 158 birth anniversary of the Philippines’ national hero last June 18.
