Arjo Atayde dating a new girl

After being romantically linked to actress Jane Oineza, Kapamilya actor Arjo Atayde has said that he is seeing someone new these days.

"I'm seeing someone once in a while," said Atayde during an interview on "Tonight With Boy Abunda" on ABS-CBN.

Atayde, 26, did not reveal the identity of the girl he is dating now.

Asked why his relationship with Oineza did not prosper, Atayde said: "She's a friend but eventually schedules couldn't meet and everything else so it did not happen."

Atayde is the son of actress Sylvia Sanchez and businessman Art Atayde. He is the eldest of three children.

The actor was on his third year as a student of BS Psychology at the De La Salle University when he decided to stop and focus on acting in 2015.

Atayde has transferred school at The One School in Makati, a fashion and business school where he is taking up Entrepreneur.


Oineza, 20, became popular when she joined the reality show "Pinoy Big Brother: All In" in 2014. She won third place.

Atayde, who plays an antagonist in the popular primetime series "Ang Probinsyano," also said that he got acting tips from his mother when he was just starting.


"Nung umpisa hindi naman sa nagmamarunong ako but she was. Sinasabihan nya ako kung ano ang pwede kong i- enhance, kung ano ang kulang ko. Or yung mata mo parang kulang pa.Yung pananalita mo masyadong flat, walang buhay, walang kulay;"

"Eventually with her bombarding these things, medyo hinanapan ko yun. Pagsinabihan nya ako ng isang bagay, of course the truth hurts, but I get challenged;"
