Milby made the promise to Gray on Instagram July 19, just one day after the camp of Gray sought the help of authorities to arrest the suspects behind those who spread online the fake topless photo. A lawyer for former Miss Universe Catriona Gray said on Saturday that she is coordinating with authorities for the arrest of people who spread online an alleged topless photo of the beauty queen.
