"It was such an honour for me to sit as one of the judges for the street dance competition at the Niyogyugan festival," said Dela Pena. A 20-year-old student who vows to campaign against bullying and depression has been crowned Miss Philippine Youth International 2019. Rikki Mae Abuel dela Pena, who studies at the University of Asia and the Pacific in Pasig City, said that she wants to bridge the experts and fellow millennials who have been victimized by bullying, depression and body-shaming.
