Jenny Guinto wins talent award in Thailand pageant

Mrs. Philippines Jenny Guinto won the Best in Talent award at the  Classic Mrs. Asia International 2018 held in Bangkok, Thailand recently.

Guinto, 53, a former movie and television actress, won the special award for her heart-stirring fire dance and fire-eating stunts during the talent competition of the beauty contest.

The Mrs. Asia International pageant caters to Asian married  women. It is produced by ERM Marketing (ERM) under Alex Liu and Sean Chia who decided to start a pageant for married women in Asia and for Asians after more than 30 years in the pageant world.


Mrs. Asia International Pageant is a platform for married and senior ladies to showcase their beauty, talents and success in a more contemporary and glamorous approach.

While beauty is the key element, contestants are also urged to voice their opinions about marriage and current events.


All married women – young wives, mothers and even grandmothers from Asian countries or Asians from other part of the world – are eligible to participate.

"By providing this unique opportunity, in which delegates from around the Asia can come together and share a common purpose. 'Mrs. Asia International' successfully fosters greater communication, culture, friendship and mutual understanding among all Asian people," organizers say. - ROBERT REQUINTINA
