Mrs. Asia-Pacific Global 2019 cheers orphans in Pasay City

Mrs. Asia – Pacific Global 2019 Avon Morales led guests in cheering an orphanage in Pasay City, treating them to games, food, and gifts recently.

The special treat at the Social Development Center Orphanage coincided with the advance birthday celebration of Morales whose birth anniversary originally falls on March 3.


Celebrities and beauty queens who joined Morales in treating the orphans include Johnny Litton, Patricia Javier, Charo Laude, Mitzie Go-Gil, Limpayen Sibug Las, Glynes Evangelista Olbes, Llena Tan, Mary Chris Abacahin, Eren Noche, Mary Joy Araracap, Boy Lizaso III, Jo Jacinto Ticzon, Rose Casaje, General Virtus Gil, and Xiamzzy Dy.

Some of the media guests were Armin Adina, Philippine Daily Inquirer; Celso Caparas, Philippine Star; Jay Patao, Malaya; Noli Berioso, OPMB Worldwide; Mel Caparas, Tempo; Joy Arguil, Edmund Ong Chua II, Ferdinand Abejon; Gilbert Kim Sancha, Daily Tribune; Timmy Basil, and Lito Calleon.


The single mom was also joined in by her family, including her two children, during the special pre-birthday event. "I couldn't ask for more because my kids and the friends I really love are here."

The special day for Morales was capped with a lunch at Medley Restaurant, Okada Manila in Paranaque City.


Morales said that the Okada gathering would be her first birthday treat as she has scheduled other pre and post birthday celebrations for other friends.

It's not the first time that Morales spent her birthday in a charity event. Long before she became a beauty queen, Morales said that she has been very active in charity missions.


Morales, 44, Vice President for Human Resources in a prestigious bank, wished good health, prosperity, and long life on her birthday for her family and friends. She was also president of the Rotary International District 3830 Makati San Miguel.
