Ariana Grande sets memorial concert, say reports



US pop singer will return to Manchester, England to stage a concert for the benefit of 22 victims who died during a terror attack last Monday night.

Now in the US, Grande has scheduled the benefit concert on June 4, according to entertainment website TMZ.

Last Friday, Grande twitted that she would be returning to the brave city of Manchester.

“I’ll be returning to the incredibly brave city of Manchester to spend time with my fans and the have a benefit concert in honor of and to raise money for the victims and their families…I will have details to share with you as soon as everything is confirmed,” the American pop star said.

Grande has already pledged to shoulder the funeral expenses of the victims of the bombing incident in England.

Unconfirmed reports said that some of the biggest names in the music scene today will lend their talents during the show.

Among those expected to join her benefit concert include Katy Perry, The Wanted, Justin Bieber, etc.

The total amount raised from appeal funds has now topped £5 million (roughly over $6 million), according to Sunday Express.
