Stars to join Ariana Grande Manchester gig - report



The stage is ready for the memorial concert in honor of the victims of Manchester, England suicide bombing last May 22.

Grande, 23, will lead the concert dubbed "One Love Manchester" which will be held at the Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester on Sunday, June 4 (June 5 Manila time).

The gig also aims to raise funds for those affected by the bombing.

Grande's celebrity friends who will join the memorial tribute are Coldplay, Katy Perry, Pharrell, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Niall Horan and Take That, according to a report by CNN International.

All proceeds from the show will go towards the "We Love Manchester Emergency Fund," in partnership with the British Red Cross and Manchester City Council, a press release obtained by CNN said.

Grande described the attack "heinous" as she praised her fans for their "kindness, love, strength and oneness."
