Romart Lagura is this year's Ginoong Pilipinas Man of the Year. Born on April 3, 1991 in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, this hunk went to Misamis University in Ozamiz and worked as a barista at Hilton Ras al Khaimah Resort and Spa in Ras al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
