Mister Philippines Kenny "Kenyong" Filarca led early arrivals of this year's candidates for the Mister National Universe pageant on-going in Bangkok, Thailand. Filarca, a restaurateur in Ilocos Norte, was in high spirits as he mingled with some of the contestants of the international male pageant at the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok on Wednesday, June 13.
