Miss Philippines 2018 beauty pageant launched
The 2nd Miss Philippines pageant was launched as it searches for new Filipinas who can be responsible leaders someday. Miss Philippines Foundation, Inc. President Francisco Z. Blanco Jr. says that the pageant aims to bring together Filipinas across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao while showcasing their innate beauty, culture, talent and intelligence. Four titles are at stake as the winners of Miss Philippines 2018 will compete in international pageants soon. They are Miss National Universe, Miss Princess of the World-Philippines, Miss Queen and Beauty Universe, and Miss Tourism Queen International-Philippines. Blanco also says that the national beauty pageant hopes to gather 81 candidates from all the provinces in the country. "We want someone who has a strong personality.
