Smart Araneta Coliseum presents JAM Sessions online

Netizens are up for a mobile musical treat as Smart Araneta Coliseum brings JAM Sessions, an online music performance on April 24, 8 p.m., via the Big Dome’s official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/thearanetacoliseum/). In partnership with Ivory Music & Video, the Smart Araneta Coliseum gives its online fans and followers the performances of singers/songwriters ABY, daughter of OPM icon Chad Borja, and Chris Sta. Romana, an up and uprising star in the music scene. The two singers will perform both covers of popular songs and original numbers. The JAM Sessions was organized to support the #TogetherWeHeal donation drive of Araneta City, which will benefit indigent families affected by the enhanced community quarantine. Araneta City gives back to communities with 'The All-new Grand China Acrobatic Circus'

The Smart Araneta Coliseum opened anew its doors last Dec. 24 to thousands of audiences from the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy, Philippine Air Force, members of the press, charities, children with disability, senior citizens and nearby communities to watch the much awaited All-New Grand China Acrobatic Circus. A day before its debut, The Grand China Acrobatic Circus held a special performance at the Smart Araneta Coliseum giving tributes to Filipino heroes and families. More than a thousand uniformed men spent a day-off with their families at the Christmas show given by Araneta City. Aside from these, the show was also enjoyed by a hundred children with disability from PEDYA Camp, more than 200 senior citizens from Brgy. E. Rodriguez Sr. Quezon City and the Little Sisters of the Abandoned and more than a hundred members of the Orthopedic Society. The show was also opened to more than a thousand families from Brgy. Pilipinas beauty pageant announced the top 10 finalists for best in national costume special award during a sold-out pre-pageant show held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City May 29. At the same time, the top 3 finalists for best in talent special award were also presented. The winners of both special awards will be announced at the grand coronation of Bb. Pilipinas 2019 beauty pageant at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on June 9. But with tons of chart-topping records, and despite having a fantastic five-octave range of voice, you cannot expect Mariah to sing all her hit songs in one concert. Smart Araneta to sell Mariah Carey tickets starting April 20

Lambs in Manila, rejoice! Grammy-award winning singer Mariah Carey is coming to Manila again to stage a one-night only concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City on Oct. 26. Mariah's concert is part of her Asian tour that will kick off in Auckland, New Zealand on Oct. 7. She will also stage concerts in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Osaka, Tokyo and Magelang, Indonesia. Tickets to the Manila concert will be sold starting April 20, according to her website. This is not the first time that the Elusive Chanteuse will hold a show in Manila. Mariah first came to the Philippines in 2003 when she brought her Charmbracelet World Tour. That time, the audience had a big laugh when she saw a bug on the floor. “There is a bug on the stage and it is scaring me,” said Mariah who announced it in a funny way.
