Samantha Iris Libo-on Ricalde won 1st runner-up in the Teen Face of Beauty International contest held in New Delhi, India last September 25. Ricalde, 15, is a Grade 10 student at Angelicum College. Earlier, this teen from Binan, Laguna, who stands 5'8, won the Circle of 10- Walk To Fame contest. Friends know Ricalde as cheerful, thoughtful and approachable.
