A beauty queen from South Africa was crowned Miss Tourism Beauty of the World 2019 during a competition held in Palawan over the weekend. Devoney Crossman, 27, a human resources payroll manager in Johannesburg, said she was thrilled to win the crown because her hard work paid off. "I am so grateful for winning the crown.
