The 26-year-old Igorot hunk was crowned Mister Universe Tourism Philippines 2018 during a pageant held at the RCBC Plaza in Makati City last October 17. Vicente, of Baguio City, edged out 18 other male candidates for the inaugural title of the pageant. He will represent the Philippines at the Mister Universe Tourism pageant in Manila in May 2019.
