Former Binibini Nelda Ibe to join Miss World PHL pageant?

Is former Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2017 Nelda Ibe, who won 1st runner-up in the Miss Globe 2017 beauty contest in Albania, really giving Miss World Philippines pageant another shot? This after Ibe announced on Instagram that many people were encouraging her to compete again in Miss World Philippines contest this year. "Many are encouraging me to give it a try for the second time around and I don’t want to regret anything in my life," Ibe said on Instagram. "I’m more than ready for another challenge. Nelda Ibe torn between showbiz and aviation

Pilot beauty queen Nelda Ibe has said that she has not decided yet if she will pursue her hosting stint on the popular game show "Wowowin" on GMA 7 after she won in the Miss Globe 2017 contest in Albania recently. "I don't know yet but I'm gonna keep my doors open to anything that will happen," said Ibe during a victory press conference held at the Novotel, Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City recently. Ibe has said that so far, she has no exclusive contact with "Wowowin" or GMA 7. But she has received an e-mail which offers her to be a regular co-host of the show. "I'm gonna think of that. I'm a pilot, too! I have to weigh in what's more important right now. Let's see," she said. "I don't know yet. I'm gonna think of it. My pageant is done already but my profession is a pilot. Christmas came early for soldiers who risked their lives in Marawi City after they were honored on the popular game show "Wowowin" on GMA 7 last Oct. 26-27. Senator Cynthia Villar, retired Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff and incoming Local Government Undersecretary Gen. Eduardo Ano and game show host Willie Revillame led the program in paying tribute to the brave Filipino soldiers. Three lucky soldiers in the studio went home with house and lot courtesy of Bria Homes, which were donated by Senator Villar. They are Piccolo Dela Cruz, of Malabon; Fernando Julian, Pangasinan; and Jesus Pancho III, General Trias, Cavite. They went home with certificates to their new house and lot.
