Toni Gonzaga-Soriano: 'Power today will not last forever'

Kapamilya actress-television host Toni Gonzaga-Soriano said on Saturday, July 18, that the people would never forget what the present administration did to major broadcast network ABS-CBN. “Sa lahat ng nasa posisyon ngayon, hindi namin makakalimutan ang ginawa n’yo sa mga trabahador ng ABS-CBN. You may have the power now but it will not be forever. I believe that no matter who the president is, JESUS is still KING and He is the name above ALL names," said Soriano, in a message posted on Kapamilya Kingdom Facebook. Soriano was referring to the Congress denial of a new franchise for ABS-CBN. This is the first time that she spoke about the issue. The singer-actress and her younger sister vlogger Alex Gonzaga joined the noise barrage in Quezon City. Angel Locsin to fellow ABS-CBN stars: 'Ano? May career pa ba kayo?'

Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin lashed at her fellow Kapamilya movie and television stars who remain silent about the closure of major broadcast network ABS-CBN recently. "Sa mga kasamahan kong artistang 'di nagsasalita, ano? May career pa ba kayo? Wala na! Wala na kayong network! Kahit magpa-cute kayo d'yan sa Instagram, mag-send kayo ng mga sad face, di n'yo madadamayan ang mga katrabaho n'yo na dahilan kung bakit kayo sumikat!" said Locsin during a speech at a rally in front ABS-CBN compound on Mother Ignacia Avenue in Quezon City on Saturday, July 18. Locsin is one of the contract stars for ABS-CBN. Following her emotional speech, Locsin trended on Twitter. 'Mother Graduate' on MMK this Saturday

  Heard the story of a young mother who brought her baby to school while she attended classes? She caught the attention of many on social media that eventually landed her an episode on "Ma-aalala Mo Kaya."    The episode, titled "Mother Graduate," gets a replay on Saturday, May 2, on MMK over ABS-CBN. It was directed by Raz dela Torre.     The cast is led by Erich Gonzales, Geoff Eigenmann, Andrea del Rosario, Michael Flores, Eda Nolan, and Alyana Asistio.     Growing up in a low-income family, smart and beautiful Vin-zl (Erich) has always strived to excel at school in order to support her family someday.
