Binibining Pilipinas 2020 front-runner Samantha Bernardo of Palawan City went live on Facebook Monday afternoon, April 13, to cheer her fans and friends as she reminded them to stay home during these grim times. Bea Rose Santiago: 'I was molested by a priest'

Former Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago revealed last Monday, November 12, that she was molested by a priest when she was a child. Santiago, 28, made the confession on Facebook as she points out that "sexual harassment is real not just in pageants but everywhere." Her full revelations: "I was molested when I was a child by a priest. He is still preaching somewhere in Masbate; "I was told 'why are you born too late! or sus sayang ka Bea, kong napanganak ka lang mas maaga' by a pageant guy winner. I was 12 years old and he was 21; "I was once touched inappropriately by a well known businessman. Miss Philippines Ma. Ahtisa Manalo is now enjoying the sights in Japan as she gains new friends at the Miss International 2018 beauty contest on-going in Tokyo. Manalo, 21, is aiming to be the 7th Miss International title holder from the Philippines. Other Filipinas who have won in the 58-year-old pageant were Gemma Cruz (1964), Aurora Pijuan (1970), Melanie Marquez (1979), Precious Lara Quigaman (2005), Bea Rose Santiago (2013) and Kylie Verzosa (2016). Pageant expert gives wishes to 'Kagandahang Flores' queens

Pageant guru Rodgil Flores says the Kagandahang Flores beauty camp will continue to innovate and upgrade its training skills for girls in a bid to win more pageant crowns here and abroad. " Personally, as long as maraming lumalapit, nagpapatulong na maging national and eventually maging international beauty queen sila, KF will still be there . As a camp, we are constantly upgrading," says Flores when asked about the future of his beauty camp during an interview in Quezon City recently. He adds: " Lahat kami trying on new learnings.
