New Miss Philippines Earth finally got her crown and sash but how?

One day after Roxanne Baeyens was proclaimed Miss Philippines Earth 2020, the Filipino-Belgian stunner finally got to pose with the prized possessions every beauty queen would love to have: the pageant crown and sash. But how did Baeyens get to wear the Miss Philippines Earth crown and who crowned her? On July 5, the artist-model from Baguio City was announced as Miss Philippines Earth 2020 in the first-ever virtual presentation for a popular pageant. At the end of the show which was broadcast over GMA 7 around 12 noon, we could only see Baeyens and her elemental court smiling without their victory sash and crown. Baguio City artist makes history in Miss Philippines Earth 2020 pageant

A 23-year-old beauty queen from Baguio City won Miss Philippines Earth 2020 in the first-ever virtual presentation for a pageant aired over GMA 7 on Sunday afternoon, July 5. But Filipino-Belgian Roxanne Allison Baeyens, an artist and commercial model, would still have to wait for her crown due to social distancing measures being implemented in the National Capital Region to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Baeyens edged out 32 other candidates in the two-hour presentation. Baeyen's crown would be delivered to her soon, sources said. I'm just really beyond grateful for such a fruitful year," said Tee, during an exclusive online chat for the Manila Bulletin, on Thursday. Carousel Productions, which organizes the annual Miss Philippines Earth and Miss Earth beauty pageants, said on Thursday, November 8, that it will not tolerate any offensive or indecent acts or behavior to be committed towards or against any of its delegates and staff members. Miss Philippines Chanel Olive Thomas is living up to the title of Miss Friendship after she and some candidates rushed to Miss Peru who passed out while the winners for the Miss Supranational 2017 pageant were being announced live in Poland last Dec. 1 (Dec. 2 Manila time). The viral footage was not seen on television but several pageant fans who watched the show in Poland live recorded the incident through their cellphones and uploaded it on social media. In the video, Miss Peru Lesly Reyna fainted while the hosts were about to announce the winners of the competition. When Miss Peru passed out, some of the girls, including Thomas, helped her and brought her to an area near the backstage. Thomas stood a bit far from the commotion when she ran to the girls. A candidate of the Miss Philippines Earth 2017 beauty pageant has complained about the acts of lasciviousness of a newspaper photographer who allegedly touched her behind during the press presentation of the candidates held at a hotel in Manila last Wednesday. Kim de Guzman, 24, of Olongapo City confirmed the incident but refused to give details. "Gusto po kaming pagharapin sa security office ng hotel pero hindi na lang.
