CamSur beauty tops Mutya ng Pilipinas regional wear tilt
The final preliminary competition of the 49th Mutya ng Pilipinas beauty pageant takes centerstage at Alta D' Tagaytay in Tagaytay City on Friday, July 28. This year's 30 official candidates will wear evening gown with shades of blue created by the country's top designers.
