Meet the overseas, regional bets of Mutya ng Pilipinas 2017
The official candidates of the Mutya ng Pilipinas 2017 beauty pageant will be presented to the members of the press later this July. But this early, we are rolling out the overseas and regional candidates for one of the most enduring and successful beauty contests in the country. Jacqueline Tan, president of the Mutya ng Pilipinas Organization, said that the pageant highlights “beauty tourism” inspired by promoting tourism, social responsibility, fashion and pageantry in the Philippines and in the Asia-Pacific. This year's winners will represent the country in international pageants, namely Miss Asia Pacific International and Miss Tourism International. The grand coronation night of the Mutya ng Pilipinas 2017 beauty contest will be held at Resorts World Manila in Pasay City on Aug. 4.
